| We accept credit card payment by PayPal. We accept money orders & checks . Merchandise is usually shipped within three days of payment receipt
Money orders/checks made payable to "R. Gravenor" ...Checks must have your bank imprinted name & address. Checks must be signed by the party whose name appears on the imprinted section. Your telephone number...your license & state licensed in and a street address must be written legibly on the check if not imprinted. If the above is not on the check as detailed, the check will be returned to you.
Orders:
- Complete the form(s) as required by filling in all the necessary information.
- Print the Order form, mailing it with your payment, if you are paying via money order or check.
- Include the Order form as an attachment to your email if paying via PayPal..
- Another option for ordering would be to simply email the order to us..listing all stock numbers, sizes, etc. We will confirm the order and hold the listed items for (7) days pending receipt of payment.

Payment/Shipping:
- We do not include insurance on the items...the costs are listed on our order form, in the event you wish to add that cost.
- Customer pays all shipping charges/insurance costs.
- We do not have a minimum order.
- We would suggest that you email us prior to placing an order to confirm that we have the items in stock.
- Include additional shipping for heavy items marked by *.
- We ship UPS and US Mail..
- No COD orders, please.
- Include street address or route number and box info for UPS delivery. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Box number.
- You are invited to email us about other merchandise that we might have that isn’t listed.

Returns:
There are absolutely no returns, exchanges, or refunds on used items. We want you to be happy with your purchases, but it is important to save both of us time,so please read the description closely and e-mail us with any questions. New clothing items ONLY may be exchanged for size up/size down, different color, etc, if merchandise has not be laundered, worn, used or otherwise damaged. New clothing items include, but may not be limited to: jackets, pants, shirts, gloves, hats, caps, boots, shoes, vests....New clothing MUST have our tag in the original location as shipped, on our device.....## If it has been removed, you may not return the item.##We must be notifed via email within (10) days of shipment if there is a problem with the merchandise. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us and back to you. Please email us if you need to return an item, for the address and RA#.
.. All clothing must be returned in the original packaging and with the original paperwork.
However, if for some reason you are completely dissatisfied with your purchase, after obtaining an RA# from us within 10 days of delivery, we will allow the item to be returned. We will at that point refund your cost (does not include shipping/handling) less a 20% restocking fund.
NO RETURNS, EVEN IF NEW CLOTHING ITEMS, ARE ALLOWED ON ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED LISTED AS "USED, SPECIALS/CLOSEOUTS, WHOLESALE, GI SURPLUS". ALL THOSE SALES ARE FINAL!!
- Our descriptions are accurate..see above for details reference returns. .
- On orders going to Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO locations, U.S. Priority Mail is used.
- In many cases, lightweight items will be mailed for less than the amounts listed under Payment.. Cost would be much less by 1st class mail without Delivery Confirmation or insurance, but you would bear the risk. Please inquire...
Items such as patches, rank, letters, nametapes/nameplates, medals, manuals, etc.. are some, but not all of the items to be involved. We will advise you of the cost to mail, the particular items when listed.
